What Is E.V.I.E.?

EVIE is a mobile App designed for both iPhones and iPads. It is a customized Barcode System for the USAR Warehouse that tracks on-hand counts, distributed counts, and the names of personnel who received and signed for items.

Administrator App (iPad)

The Administrator App primarily utilizes iPads. The Administrator assigns User IDs and Passwords, sets up inventory lists, and sees all department information from User Apps in real time through daily reports.

User App (iPhone)

The User App primarily utilizes iPhones. Each User logs in to access their profile and tag, scan, run daily checks, and check out and check in inventory from the warehouse.

Additional Features

• Equipment, Containers, and Clothing tracked with QR/Bar codes
• Ability to track users who have been assigned specific items
• Tracks inventory used by specific personnel during incidents
• ERD (Estimated Return Date) notifications sent to Administrator
• Notifications when Users fail blood pressure and pulse medical checks
• Alerts when all equipment is checked out and ready for deployment
• Equipment status: Ready for Use, In Use, Out of Service (with notes)
• Compatible with NORA and DEAN for full incident resource tracking
